  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE 
  • Users must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in their country) to access the Website and make purchases. Identity verification (KYC/ID) may be required. Providing false information is prohibited, and users assume full responsibility.
  • By using our services, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Users acting on behalf of an entity confirm their authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  • Services of lootninja.org are available worldwide, except in countries subject to international sanctions.
  • Some countries may require additional verification before participation. By accessing the website, you confirm that your jurisdiction allows you to use our platform.
  1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
  • Access is exclusively via Steam authentication.
  • Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information and maintain account security.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations or suspicious activity.
  1. OUR SERVICES
  • lootninja.org provides a platform for trading gaming skins and in-game items via Steam trade offers.
  • Purchased items are delivered directly to your linked Steam account.
  • We do not create or modify items; we facilitate secure resale and delivery.
  • Payments are processed via trusted third-party gateways.
  1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
  • Placing an order constitutes agreement to pay the displayed price, including taxes and fees.
  • Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).
  • All payments are handled by authorized third-party providers and comply with PCI DSS standards to ensure safe handling of payment information. 
  • Unauthorized payment methods are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation and referral to authorities.
  • Prices are in EUR (€) and may change without notice.
  1. DELIVERY OF ITEMS
  • Confirmed payments trigger item delivery via Steam trade offer.
  • We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by invalid trade links, inventory restrictions, or user errors.
  • Standard delivery is within 7 days, up to 14 days in exceptional cases. Users may request refunds or alternative delivery at no extra cost.

User responsibilities:

  • Provide a valid Steam trade URL.
  • Ensure Steam Guard/Mobile Authenticator is active if needed.
  • Maintain trade-eligible Steam account status.
  1. SELLING ITEMS – Marketplace & Payouts
  • Listing & Approval: Items must be correctly categorized and comply with Lootninja rules. Non-compliant or high-risk listings may be rejected.
  • Inventory: Sellers must ensure items are available for trade and transfer upon sale.
  • Platform Fee: 10% commission on successful sales.
  • Payouts:
    • Accurate payout details are required; identity verification may be performed.
    • Payouts processed via authorized providers, usually within 3–7 business days.
    • Minimum €10, maximum €5,000.
    • Invalid items, failed deliveries, or fraud may result in reversal of payouts.
    • Users in restricted regions may not request payouts.
  • Fraud Monitoring: Suspicious transactions may be delayed, blocked, or referred for review.
  1. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
  • Users waive statutory withdrawal rights when digital content is delivered instantly.
  • Orders may be cancelled only before payment by contacting info@lootninja.org.
  • Delivered digital items are generally non-refundable unless legally required.
  • Eligible refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
  1. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to interfere with Website security.
  • Use automated tools without authorization.
  • Engage in fraudulent or exploitative transactions.
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  • All Website content is owned by us or our licensors.
  • CS2, Dota 2 and related assets belong to Valve Corporation; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.
  • Reproduction of website materials is prohibited.
  1. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
  • Personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Data may be shared with payment processors for identity verification, fraud prevention, and payout processing.
  • We process personal and payment information in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection standards.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
  • Liability does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for Steam platform restrictions, bans, trade holds, or third-party outages.
  1. INDEMNIFICATION AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION
  • Users agree to indemnify lootninja.org for damages resulting from violations of these Terms.
  • Accounts may be terminated without notice for non-compliance or risk-related concerns.
  1. CHANGES TO TERMS
  • Terms may be updated; material changes will be notified 7 days prior. Continued use signifies acceptance.
  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  • Governed by English law.
  • Disputes are resolved in courts of England and Wales.
  • Users should attempt informal resolution with support before pursuing legal action.
